By downloading, installing, or using WrkTrip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WrkTrip is a business trip logging application that helps you track work hours, manage receipts, and generate trip reports. The App is provided as-is for personal and professional use.

3. User Accounts

You may optionally create an account to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including trip details, work hours, receipts, and photos. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems.
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the presence of ads. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements displayed.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by WrkTrip and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrkTrip and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time through the App's settings. Locally stored data can be removed by deleting individual items within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Locally stored data will remain on your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
