WrkTrip ("the App") is a business trip logging application that helps you track work hours, manage receipts, and generate trip reports. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is handled.

Data Storage

All trip data — including trips, work day logs, receipts, and photos — is stored locally on your device. WrkTrip does not have user accounts and does not transmit your trip data to any external server. Your data stays on your device and is under your control.

Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect personal information. However, the following should be noted:

  • Trip and receipt data: All information you enter (trip details, work hours, receipt amounts, photos) is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us or any third party.
  • Camera and photo access: The App may request access to your device camera or photo library solely to let you attach receipt images. These images are stored locally on your device.
  • Advertising: The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect certain device and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This may include device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data. We do not control the data collected by Google.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. The only third-party service integrated in the App is Google AdMob for advertising, which operates under its own privacy policy.

Data Export

The App allows you to export your trip data as PDF reports and ZIP archives. When you use the export or share feature, the data is shared through your device's built-in sharing functionality. We have no access to exported files.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally, you can delete individual trips and receipts within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove all stored data from your device.

Children's Privacy

WrkTrip is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
